  Horrible experience at this office. I used Dr. Lafferty from around July 2014 to April/May 2015. Certain staff members were pleasant but others were rude my entire pregnancy (mainly the woman who would schedule my appointments before i left). I would wait sometimes two hours past my appointment time to be seen. One staff member denied my request to go on maternity leave two weeks early (as i was working a very physically demanding job at the time) without consulting my midwife or the doctor first. The mid-wife did correct it when i brought it to her attention what happened. When i did see the doctor he always seemed rushed, like i was just a number. Even when i was in the hospital after my delivery i tried to ask him a question and he advised me to "take it up with his staff" before he walked out, barely making eye contact with me. Not a warm or pleasant man at all. After giving birth i decided to take the depo shot for the first time. The staff completely screwed that up. When i came for my second shot, i had to tell them why i was there because they had no idea! Come to find out i was past due for my next shot, because i was given the wrong date for my appointment, and they told me i had to leave and take a pregnancy test. I JUST gave birth to my daughter three months ago and cried right there in the waiting room. I walked out that day and never came back. Awful experience, a lot of bad staff members, the doctor was cold, and i would never go back.
